1. CORRO-MATIC
Cathodic Protection is the most appropriate method of Active Protection to avoid the effects of Corrosion that may occur in the Accumulator and Heater (A/H) of hot water systems.

Passive protection of the lining of the Accumulator / Heating (A/H) is often partial protection, since the imperfections of the coating, even in the best case to the extent permitted by DIN 4753 Part. 111.- does not guarantee the complete protection.

The traditional method of protection to complement the passive protection, is introduced into the Accumulator / Heater (A/H) .- a less noble metal electro-chemical with greater activity than their constitutive (A / H), the metal is avoiding sacrifice temporarily corrosion. Typically exceptions and the chosen metal is a magnesium alloy.

These sacrificial anodes.- wear over time and depending on the surface to be protected, the state of painting, the temperature, the water inside resistivity of the Accumulator / Heater (A/H), its life may be more or less long, but what is easy to understand is that during operation the anode is gradually losing its effectiveness.

When making a tank / vessel, it is not often well known the electro-chemical characteristics of water will contain. With a CORRO-MATIC Automatic- system you do not worries of over-protection that causes coating blistering, and subsequent corrosion hidden under the coating.- especially in areas of low resistivity as in Spanish East Coast, nor cares whether the tank is to contain high resistivity water tank corrosion .- mountain waters, and so on.

2. CORRO-TESTER
Cathodic Protection is the most appropriate active method of Protection to avoid the effects of corrosion that may occur in the Accumulators and Heaters (A/H) of hot water. The traditional method of protection to complement the passive protection is introducing into the Accumulator / Heater (A/H) .- a less noble metal with an electro-chemical activity greater than the constitutive of the (A/H), this metal is temporarily sacrificed preventing corrosion (A/H), and exceptions usually the chosen metal is a Magnesium alloy.

These sacrificial anodes.- wear over time and depending on the surface to be protected, the state of painted (A/H), temperature, resistivity of the water inside the (A/H) and their life can be rather long, but what is easy to understand is that during operation the anode is gradually losing its effectiveness.

Among many others, the questions that immediately arise, when a sacrificial anode system is installed are: When the anode is no longer effective ? When should I change the anode to be permanently protected? Does the anode model chosen is best suited for working conditions the (A/H)?

The ANSWER IS ONLY ONE just because you simply push a button, installing the CORRO-Tester, system and all these doubts are cleared.

3. BLUE PROTECT
In a simple single-walled tank, a single coating is applied to the inner walls of the tank (passive protection) backed by a system of internal Cathodic Protection (active protection) which sends electrons for protecting the inner walls of the tanks.

Cathodic Protection System gives the necessary protection in case of contact between the steel and the fluid at all times. The aggressive characteristics are offset by the Cathodic Protection system installed.

With BLUE PROTECT the tanks are:

   ▣ Safer
▣ More economical than stainless steel
   ▣ Easier checking

Among the advantages of a buried storage tank AD-BLUE® with BLUE PROTECT protection system, we can highlight.

The most effective System for Corrosion-Protection:

▣ Safer on dual protection, active and passive
   ▣ Easy to check
▣ A steel tank with BLUE PROTECT, is cheaper than stainless steel
▣ Easily used in conjunction with other Cathodic Protection systems for tanks
▣ No effect on the characteristics of the AD-BLUE ®: No dissolution effects of electro-chemical components and temperature

4. QUENCH-GONE Organic Modified
The QGO-M™ method is a testing method of bacteria in fuels from bio-mass.

The Kit of QGO-MTM has a wide range of use. Since it is easy to use and gives very reliable results and can be used to:

❉ Estimating the viability of the microbiology of the biomass
❉ To Check all the fuel system
❉ To investigate the microbiological audit
❉ Evaluate the effectiveness of non-chemical treatment

Use QGO-M™ to investigate the amount and activity of micro-biological elements:

▣ Bio-fuel, Fuel Automotive, Marine, Diesel Locomotives, and much more
▣ Hydrocarbon diluents, lubricants, crude, and so on
   ▣ Water related
   ▣ Polymer Emulsions
